IT Governance & Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

The company we work for successfully develops software for the entertainment and event industry. One of the products was even used at the 2024 Olympic Games. Although it has become the subsidiary of a big group, the enterpreneurial spirit is still alive. We are currently looking for an IT Governance & Quality Specialist (m/f/d) to expand their versatile and friendly team.

Your tasks:

  • Ensure technical quality and compliance with IT governance requirements when integrating internal and external systems
  • Support internal and external development teams in the implementation of interfaces and APIs, and respond to technical questions regarding architecture and requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams in early development phases and coordinate the technical implementation
  • Create, maintain, and further develop guidelines for architecture, testing, and documentation, and communicate these standards to all involved teams
  • Build and integrate automated validation mechanisms such as Git-based checks or static code analysis
  • Review code repositories with a focus on architecture, test coverage, and documentation quality, applying metrics and tools such as code coverage or static code analysis
  • Ensure adherence to architecture and CI/CD processes, with a focus on architecture and standards compliance rather than operational development or traditional QA
  • Build and maintain central technical documentation and provide relevant information for deployments
  • Act as an interface between IT governance, development, QA, and external partners
  • Contribute to a strategic, Europe-wide project
  • Foster a stable, sustainable, and auditable software development landscape
  • Integrate validation steps into automation processes and help shape long-term standards

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in software development or system integration; knowledge of C#/.NET and Java is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, build pipelines, unit testing, and CI/CD processes
  • Experience in IT governance or technical quality assurance is desirable
  • Familiarity with coding standards, testing strategies, deployment structures, and code analysis tools
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Enthusiasm for technical clarity, guidelines, and process improvement
  • Openness to cross-cutting topics and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • French language skills are a plus

Minimum salary:
The offered salary is € 70,000 p. a. or more, depending on the candidate’s professional background.
