We are pleased to be putting together their highly qualified IT teams, and are currently looking for a Android Chapter Lead (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Be in charge of the Android Chapter
• Define methods, guidelines, tools and standards
• Develop an overall strategy
• Define technical visions
• Support platform architecture and design decisions
• Specify quality management and security measures
• Ensure adherence to security policies
• Assist in fixing production issues
• Analyze technical problems and identify possible solutions
• Encourage team members’ professional and personal development
• Promote knowledge exchange between team member
• Liaise between team members
• Recruit and hire new employees

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in Android development including architectural components
• Knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines and Jetpack Compose
• Experience in team leading
• Experience with dynamic environments
• Very good communication skills
• Flexible and dynamic problem solving skills
• Fluent English, some German advantageous
